At Mythical Paws, we’re happy to offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–12 business days

  • Canada: 10–20 business days

  • Australia: 10–15 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–25 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, carrier delays, or holidays.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges are not included and are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on our Track Order page.

Please allow 1–3 days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

5. Separate Shipments

Items in the same order may ship separately from different warehouses. You may receive multiple tracking numbers, and items may arrive at different times.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Mythical Paws is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your order, contact us within 7 days so we can provide delivery confirmation details to help you contact the carrier.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Packages returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or being unclaimed may require additional reshipping fees.
