1) Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2) Estimated Shipping Times (After Dispatch)
Estimated delivery time after dispatch (does not include processing):

United States: 7–15 business days

Canada: 10–20 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, high-volume periods, or customs/clearance (if applicable). Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
3) Customs, Duties & Taxes (If Applicable)
To offer a wider selection of pet supplies, some orders may ship from partner fulfillment facilities. If any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are charged by customs or the carrier, they are not included and are the customer’s responsibility.
4) Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on our Track Order page. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
5) Separate Shipments
Items in the same order may ship separately from different warehouses. You may receive multiple tracking numbers, and items may arrive at different times.
6) Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please check around your property and with neighbors first. If it is still missing, contact us within 7 days of the Delivery Date. Mythical Paws is not responsible for packages stolen after they are marked delivered by the carrier, but we will assist you with next steps, which may include address confirmation and a carrier investigation.
If a package appears stuck in transit (no tracking movement for 10 business days), contact us so we can review and assist. Resolution depends on carrier findings and may include a replacement, store credit, or refund (when appropriate).
7) Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is completely accurate at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order is processed or shipped, we can no longer make changes to the destination.
If a package is returned to us due to refusal, an incorrect/incomplete address, or being unclaimed, reshipping may require an additional fee. If you prefer a refund, it will be issued only after the package is returned to our returns facility, minus any return shipping and processing costs.
